Manufactured Timber Pallets
Pallinc manufactures new timber pallets for a range of customers across the food, construction, packaging and chemical sectors. Our new pallets allow our customers to maintain guaranteed on-time supply of particular pallet specifications, or smaller quantities of bespoke sizes. Our pallets allow our customers to transport their goods safely, with the least environmental impact.
Reconditioned Timber Pallets
Reused or second hand pallets are the backbone of our sustainable timber pallet offering. As stock holders of one of the UK’s most comprehensive ranges of reconditioned pallets, we can offer a pallet for almost any requirement. Our rigorous, well-established grading and repair process is backed up by well trained account managers who understand our customers’ needs, ensuring the correct pallet type is received on every delivery.
Pallet Collections
Pallinc collects pallets of all shapes and sizes from a wide range of businesses across the UK. The vast majority of pallets collected are graded, repaired and then sold for reuse to our national network of customers. Those which cannot be reused are dismantled so that their components can be reused in our repair process. The offcuts from these processes are then shredded, with the woodchip then recycled to the animal bedding and biomass sectors.
Our collection services allows our clients to save on disposal costs as well as giving them the assurance they are disposing of their waste in the correct manner.
Heat Treatment
Pallinc offers heat treated pallets to ISPM15 standards, allowing our customers to transport their goods throughout their worldwide supply chains. The pallets are placed in a kiln, with the core of the wood needing to reach a temperature of 56°c for a minimum of 30 minutes. This will kill any pests found within the wood and allow a stamp to be placed on the packaging material, which acts as a passport as it passes through ports worldwide, acting as an assurance that the pallet doesn’t hold any risk to indigenous plants or trees.
