Our process
Pallinc has invested in the latest automation and technology to allow our processes to be as up-to-date and forward thinking as is possible. The benefit of this is that our clients receive regular communication and information surrounding their pallet collection or delivery request. We are able to offer the following:

Working alongside our automated processes is our dedicated account management team who co-ordinate the process from start to finish, giving our customers peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
Pallinc collects pallets of all shapes and sizes from a wide range of businesses across the UK. The vast majority of pallets collected are graded, repaired and then sold for reuse to our national network of customers. Those which cannot be reused are dismantled so that their components can be reused in our repair process. The offcuts from these processes are then shredded, with the woodchip then recycled to the animal bedding and biomass sectors.
Our collection services allows our clients to save on disposal costs as well as giving them the assurance they are disposing of their waste in the correct manner.
Service Request
A pallet collection request is made to the Pallinc office using the contact details below.
Collection
Pallets are collected from a customer using our fleet of vehicles and then delivered to our yard.
Forklifters
Our team of FLT drivers empty our vehicle and transfer the mixed pallets to the grading area.
Grading
The mixed load will contain numerous pallet types. Our grading team segregate these into the pallet types we stock.
Dismantle
Any pallets which are badly damaged or an unsalable size are dismantled and the components reused in our repair process.
Recycle
All offcuts and wood waste from the repair process is shredded on site and resold to the animal bedding or biomass sector.
